Bereavement Counselling

There is no right or wrong way to grieve. There is no time scale after which you should start to feel better. Each of us reacts to loss in a different way and finds peace at our own pace.

But if your loss is impacting other areas of your life, like your sleep, relationships or work, we might be able to help.

John Fraser and Son offer our clients the services of a local bereavement counsellor, who can help you work through your feelings, either face to face or over the phone, or by Skype or email, as you prefer. Counselling can help you understand your emotions and help you find ways of coping.

If you think that might help, give us a call, drop us an email or pop in for a chat and a cuppa. We can explain a little bit more about the counselling, and you can decide from there. And don’t worry about the cost – we’ll take care of that for you.
