Charity support to celebrate our first decade in Dingwall
Ten years ago this summer we opened our funeral home in Lovat House in Dingwall, and we have been overwhelmed by the welcome our long-established Highland business has received in the Ross-shire town.
We are proud to be the only family-run funeral directors in Dingwall, but even more proud that local families allow us to look after their loved ones, and to arrange lasting memorials in their memory. It is a privilege every time someone puts their trust in us.
To celebrate our first decade here, and to thank the people of the town for their welcome, we decided to make donations of £500 each to four local grassroots charities and organisations. On a very rainy day last month (typical!) we gathered the four together, and presented their cheques to them – here they all are: the Dingwall Fire Brigade Community Group, Conon Bridge Lunch Club, Digwall Community Woodland Trust and St Clement's School.
We look a bit damp, but our spirits were high.
